I understand that I am required to pay additional US$ 4,000.00 as a security deposit in case the company needs to be closed and I am no longer reachable. The security deposit will be refunded to me if there are no claims against me after the company is closed.

I am aware that this is a legitimate company, and accordingly, I am responsible. I understand that here I am only paying for the establishment of the company and the appointment of a trustee. I am aware that I need to renew the company annually. Furthermore, I am aware that all administrative changes related to the company may incur charges.

I acknowledge that upon receipt of my deposit, I will receive a detailed breakdown of all costs. At the same time, I will receive the official 'Initial Approval' from the authority. After payment of the remaining balance, my individual contracts will be provided, which I am required to fill out and return signed.

I acknowledge that I will only receive access to my back office after the full payment of the invoice amount.

I am aware that I am required to provide my genuine information to PERFECTANO upon request. In particular, I must disclose the data of the UBO (Ultimate Beneficiary Owner). PERFECTANO will treat this information highly confidentially and will not share it with others

By submitting this form, I agree to transfer the US$ 12,000 deposit amount. I will find out the wallet address in the next step. PERFECTANO only begins processing my transaction once the deposit has been received.
